Black River Ballad tells whatever story you may like to think of while playing it. There are quite a few “Black Rivers” in the United States, including one that I have visited in Arizona. To me, it feels dreamy and relaxed. Perhaps you can think of other words and feelings that seem to go with it. And you might also think of a wonderful story that fits with the music.
