Welcome to OnlineSheetMusic.com! Online Sheet Music, Inc. is a digital sheet music distributor. Before purchasing a product, make sure it is the correct arrangement for you. Click the left or right arrows (circled in blue) above the preview to scroll through the first 6 pages of any title.

Many, but not all, of the titles in our catalog can be transposed using the Online Sheet Music Viewer after purchased. You will see “This title is Transposable” (circled in red) displayed above the preview on these products. If a title cannot be transposed, you will see “This title is NOT Transposable” above the preview of the music.

You can also determine if a title is transposable and has MIDI-playback capability by looking at the available Features of the product (circled in green) just to the right of the preview. These titles will display “Playback” if it is MIDI-capable and “Transposable” if it can be transposed.

 Before you purchase your music, make sure you have the correct number of titles in your shopping cart.

To remove unneeded products, click on the “Remove” checkboxes (circled in dark green) to the left of each product and click the “Update shopping cart” button (circled in light green).

To change the quantity of each product, type in the desired number in the “Qty.” box (circled in red) on the right side of each product and click on the “Update shopping cart” button. Double check this to make sure you are not accidentally purchasing duplicate titles.

If you have a discount code – the 30% newsletter subscription discount, for example – enter the code in the Discount Code (circled in blue) towards the bottom left and press the “Apply coupon” button.  You can use Gift Card codes similarly using the “Gift Cards” box below.

 TRANSPOSING AND PRINTING

There are two printing methods: Instant Print and the Online Sheet Music Viewer.

If a product displays “This title is Transposable” above the preview in the product page, you can use the Online Sheet Music Viewer to transpose and print your music after you purchase it. You can also play MIDI-capable scores using the Viewer. Do you sell, mail, or ship physical copies of sheet music?

Online Sheet Music, Inc. is a digital sheet music distributor. This means that we do NOT mail physical copies of any of the titles in our catalog – instead, you will be able to transpose and print your sheet music immediately after purchasing it!

Do you sell PDFs of the sheet music?

We do not sell or distribute PDFs or similar file types of any of the music in our catalog. You will need to print your music directly using either Instant Print or the Online Sheet Music Viewer.

Will you email sheet music to me, or will I be able to email the sheet music?

No, the sheet music we sell cannot be emailed, as it cannot be saved locally as a file. You will need to print your music using Instant Print or the Online Sheet Music Viewer. Although you will not be able to email sheet music, you can print your music from any computer by logging into your account and following the instructions for Instant Print or the Online Sheet Music Viewer.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your music using PayPal or by submitting your credit card information. If you have any problems during the checkout process, make sure that Javascript is enabled, and check to see if any script-blocking programs are preventing you from submitting your billing information. You can also tr"y using a different browser, like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

Will I need to print my music immediately after I purchase it?

No, you will be able to print your music at any time. You can log into your account on any computer and access your music by clicking on the “My Account” tab at the very top, then selecting the “My Sheet Music” tab. How do I log into the Online Sheet Music Viewer?

Your username is the email address you registered with Online Sheet Music to create your account. Your password is the same as your Online Sheet Music account password. Both are case-sensitive, so “test” and “Test” are different.

How do I transpose sheet music?

Transposition can only be done using the Online Sheet Music Viewer after making a purchase. If your music is available in a transposable format, you can transpose an unlimited number of times to any key before your print. You can also transpose your music for a transposing instrument, change clefs, and transpose up or down octaves to better accommodate your range. Can I transpose music on my iPad?

Currently, the Online Sheet Music Viewer is only compatible on Mac or PC. However, we are in the final stages of an iPad app that will allow you to purchase, transpose, view, and manage your music.

Why can’t I transpose my music? Why can’t I play my song in the Viewer?

Many, but not all, of the works in our catalog are transposable and have midi-playback capability. The titles that have not yet been engraved in a transposable format are high quality images and do not have midi recordings associated with them. If a title is transposable and has midi-playback, it will display “This title is transposable” above the sheet music preview on the product page.

How do I print my music?

There are two printing methods: Instant Print and the Online Sheet Music Viewer.

Method #1 - Instant Print

1) Go to https://www.onlinesheetmusic.com/account.aspx. - Sign in if asked

2) Click the 'My Sheet Music' Tab

3) Click the Print button

4) Please wait for your printer options dialog to appear. This may take a moment.

Method #2 – Viewer (Mac or PC only)

Install Viewer

1) Download the viewer - (http://www.onlinesheetmusic.com/download.aspx.)

2) Run the installer

Print Music

1) Open the Viewer (PC: Start Menu -> Online Sheet Music Viewer | Mac: Finder -> Applications -> Online Sheet Music Viewer)

2) Enter your email and password when prompted (NOTE: Error 403 means you entered something wrong or used the wrong CASE)

3) Close any open songs

4) Click the synchronize button (zig zag at the far left-top)

5) Double Click the title on the left side

6) Transpose as needed

7) Select Print

Can I print more than once?

No, you will only be permitted to print each product once per purchase. If you encounter any problems when printing, please contact a customer support representative for assistance: https://support.onlinesheetmusic.com/desk/.

Can I get a recording of the music, either as midi or as a CD?

Where available, you will be able to access the midi playback of supported titles using the Online Sheet Music Viewer. We do not provide CDs, nor can we provide recordings as separate files in any format.

How do I cancel an order or request a refund?

How do I change my billing information?

You can change your billing information by logging into your account, clicking on “My Account” at the very top of the homepage, and selecting the “My Info” tab. This is your billing information.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To stop receiving newsletters, click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter, or go to this link: http://www.onlinesheetmusic.com/lists/?p=unsubscribe.

How do I use my discount code or gift code?

To use your coupon, type in the discount code in the discount code box on the bottom left side of the shopping cart page before you check out, then apply the discount code. Once you have applied the code, you should see the discounted price displayed on the right side. Folios are not eligible for discounts, as they are already discounted products.

How do I purchase a gift card for someone?

What information should I provide when contacting a customer support representative for help?

To better assist you, please let us know which browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and Operating System (Mac, PC, iPad) you are using. If you are encountering an error message, please let us know what the error message says, or submit a screenshot if possible. If you are having difficulty with a specific product you have purchased, please let us know the Order ID number.
