Score List Panel

The Score List Panel is located on the left-hand side of the viewer.

Hide Score List Panel

Hiding the Score List Panel will create more space for displaying your scores. You can hide the panel by

  • clicking the x in the upper right-hand corner of the panel
  • pressing F2 on your keyboard
  • selecting View > Score List Panel from the Menu Bar
  • clicking the View/Hide Score List Panel button in the Standard Toolbar

Unhide Score List Panel

You can unhide the panel by

  • pressing F2 on your keyboard
  • selecting View > Score List Panel from the Menu Bar
  • clicking the View/Hide Score List Panel button in the Standard Toolbar

Reposition Score List Panel

To move the Score List Panel to another location, click the little square next to the x in the upper right-hand side of the panel (first image below) or simply click anywhere next to the words Score List and start dragging the Score List Panel (second image below).

This will undock the panel and allow you to drag it to another location (e.g. top, right, or bottom of the viewer) or have the panel float freely.

Song Data in the Score List

To view all the data in the Score List, hover your mouse over the right border of the Score List Panel so that the pointer changes into a double-headed arrow.

Press down the left mouse button and drag the border to the right.

Sort Scores

Sort the scores in the Score List by clicking the column headers. A little grey arrow will appear next to the column title to indicate which column was used to sort the scores.

Expand Score List Column Width

Expand the width of the columns in the Score List by hovering your mouse over the right border of the column header so that the pointer changes into a double-headed arrow.

Press down the left mouse button and drag to make the column wider (or smaller).

Add or Remove Score List Data Field

To add a data field to or remove a data field from the Score List, right-click on a column header. A list with all the datafields will appear.

Click (uncheck) a data field name to remove it from the list. Click it again (check) to add it to the list.

Change Score List Data Field Order

To change the order of the data fields in the Score List, left click the column header and press down, while dragging the column header to its new location.

Score List Management Window

Right click a score in the Score List to bring up the Score List Management Window. Some of the options in the Score List Management Window can also be selected by using the buttons in the Database / Server Toolbar.

  • Select Open to open (load) the selected score into the viewer. Alternatively, you can click the open button on the Database / Server Toolbar. You can also open a score by selecting the score in the Score List and pressing Enter on your keyboard, or by double clicking a score in the Score List.
  • Select Download to download the selected score from the sheet music internet store where you purchased it. Alternatively, you can click the download selected file button on the Database / Server Toolbar.
  • Select Delete From List to remove the score from the Score List. This will not delete the database record of your purchased scores. You can also delete a score from the Score List by selecting the score in the Score List and pressing Del on your keyboard.
  • Select Properties to bring up information about the score. Alternatively, you can click the information button in the Standard Toolbar.
  • Select Add Local Score To List to select a file from your computer to add to the score list. You will be able to add your own data in the form’s fields. See Add Local Score to List.
  • Select File Icon Legends to open a window displaying the file icon legends used in the Online Sheet Music Viewer.

  • Select Synchronize with Web to synchronize your Score List with your database record of purchased scores. Alternatively, you can click the synchronize with web database button on the Database / Server Toolbar. Any scores you had previously removed from the Score List will reappear with a red downward arrow, ready for download.
  • Select Download Files to download all scores with red downward arrows from the sheet music internet store where you purchased them. Alternatively, you can click the download all files button on the Database / Server Toolbar.
  • Select (check) Hide Printed Songs to hide all songs you have printed at least once. Select the same option again (uncheck) to unhide the printed songs.
  • Select (check) Hide Folders Bar to hide the folders bar. Select the same option again (uncheck) to unhide the folders bar.

  • Select Create New Folder to create a new folder in the Folders Bar.
