In ancient times, many people lived in small tribes and traveled in caravans. They journeyed across vast primitive lands hunting and gathering food to survive. Natural landmarks and stars in the night sky guided their way. These people lived simply, traveling with their few possessions and settling for small periods of time in different locations.
