For All Returns:
- Digital Item: OnlineSheetMusic.com offers a full refund for digital items that have resulted in a printing or download error, if they cannot be resolved by our support team. Refunds for digital items must be requested within two business days from the order date.
- Physical Products: OnlineSheetMusic.com accepts returns of physical products for 30-days from the purchase date for any reason. All returned items must be shipped prior to the end of this 30-day period. All returned items must include all original materials shipped with the product including the original packing, user manual, all parts, warranty card, and show no signs of wear or abuse; should any of the conditions not be met you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Credit Card Returns: Credit card returns are issued at the full price of the sale excluding shipping and handling charges to the original charged card.
For any return you must receive a Return Management Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer support team, and you must provide your name, order number, product number or description, and reason for return. You may contact customer support via the methods listed below:
