The cycle, which I could very well imagine being interpreted by children, has been set in a simple,
transparent manner. Due to certain problems of intonation and rhythm, it can hardly be regarded as typical music for children's choir, of course. I would therefore prefer performances with a professional women's choir and a girl as speaker.
